¶ 1. After two hearings before the Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Division of the Mississippi State Tax Commission, the solicitor's permit of D.J. Koenig & Associates, Inc. was suspended for one month. The Madison County Chancery Court ultimately affirmed the suspension. Koenig appeals to this Court arguing that the Commission had no authority to suspend its permit, the evidence was not clear and convincing, proper notification...
