¶ 1. Clifton J. Epps, a prisoner in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, has appealed from an order of the Circuit Court of Madison County denying his motion for post-conviction relief. In his motion, Epps asserted a violation of his right to due process when the trial court allowed a substantive amendment to the indictment returned by the grand jury. Apparently anticipating a response that this was an issue...
