PER CURIAM.

This lawyer disciplinary proceeding involves two causes of complaint. In the first, the Oregon State Bar (Bar) alleged that the accused violated Code of Professional Responsibility Disciplinary Rule (DR) 7-102(A)(1) (knowingly asserting position to harass or maliciously injure another) and DR 7-102(A)(2) (knowingly advancing claim or defense unwarranted under existing law) while representing his clients, the Korgans, in bankruptcy and related matters....
