The confirmed Chapter 11 reorganization plan of debtor Dial Business Forms, Inc. (the "Plan"), granted General Electric Capital Corporation ("GECC") an Allowed Secured Claim of $1,000,000 and preserved GECC's perfected pre-bankruptcy security interests in much of Dial's equipment.
