HANSEN, Circuit Judge.

Pedro Enrique Traveasa Oropesa appeals the district court's1 denial of his motion to suppress evidence following his conditional guilty plea to being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 924(a)(2) & 922(g). We affirm the district court's denial of Oropesa's motion to suppress.
