Calvin J. Mumpfield appeals the trial court's order revoking his probation.

The record reflects that Mumpfield's probation officer filed a delinquency report in September 2002,1 alleging that Mumpfield had violated the terms and conditions of his probation by testing positive for cocaine and marijuana.
