Rogelio Preciado, Pablo Borges-Cano, and Humberto Sanchez were charged with possession with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A), and with conspiracy to do the same, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. Preciado and Borges-Cano pled guilty to conspiracy and were sentenced by the district court...
