This application for writ of habeas corpus on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel in Snow v. State, 800 So.2d 307 (Fla. 3d DCA 2001), review denied, 819 So.2d 139 (Fla.2002), is based on counsel's failure to raise a claim of vindictiveness in sentencing under the rule of Wilson v. State, 845 So.2d 142
