Kly Bun Meas was charged with and convicted of both aggravated first degree murder and felony murder. The trial court found that the two convictions merged, and it sentenced him on the aggravated murder conviction only. In an earlier appeal, this court rejected Meas' claim that charging him with both crimes deprived him of due process. In the instant appeal of the denial of his CrR 8.3(b) motion, we hold that (1) charging Meas with two separate crimes...
