A jury convicted Antonio Martin of malice murder and other crimes in connection with the shooting death of Derrick Worthy.1 The trial court sentenced Martin to life imprisonment for murder and a consecutive five years imprisonment for possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Because there was sufficient evidence for the jury to find him guilty and Martin has not shown that trial counsel's performance...
