OPINION

DAVIS, Judge.

¶ 1 Defendant Korry Barlow Smedley appeals from conviction of four counts of Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Child in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-404.1(3) (1999). We affirm.
