CALABRIA, Judge.

Aleta Regina Ore ("respondent") appeals the 10 October 2002 order terminating her parental rights. We affirm the order of the trial court terminating respondent's parental rights on the basis of neglect.

The child was born on 10 March 1997. In 1998, her father was granted custody, which he maintained until his death in 1999. Thereafter, on 20 April 2000, the child's paternal grandmother, Ester Ortiz Lechuga ("petitioner") was awarded temporary...
