Defendant, William Olivieri, was indicted by a Jefferson Parish grand jury on October 4, 2001 with one count of aggravated kidnapping, one count of armed robbery, and two counts of aggravated rape in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:44, 14:64, and 14:42.
