The defendant was convicted by a jury of unlawful unnatural sexual intercourse with Sam,1 a child under the age of sixteen, G. L. c. 265, § 23; indecent assault and battery on David, a child under the age of fourteen, G. L. c. 265, § 13B; two counts of indecent assault and battery on Sam, a child under the age of fourteen; and contributing to the delinquency of a child, David, G. L. c. 119, § 63.
