The Salvation Army appeals the judgment based on a partial summary judgment order declaring that its actions respecting rest periods and meal periods of four of its former domestic violence counselors violated WAC 296-126-092. We hold that requiring these counselors to remain on call, while they are not engaged in specific work-related activities, was not a violation of WAC 296-126-092 concerning rest and meal periods.
