Appellant Heriberto Gonzales was indicted in the United States District Court1 for conspiring to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1). Pursuant to a plea agreement, Gonzales pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 151 months imprisonment. We affirm.
