Teyent Loulou, a native of Ethiopia, petitions for review of a removal order issued by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) holding her removable and ineligible for asylum and withholding of removal. Loulou alleged she has a well-founded fear of persecution in Ethiopia because of her political opinion and ethnic group. At a hearing, Loulou testified her parents had been persecuted in Ethiopia after her departure, but she presented no corroborating...
