Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof which, in effect, upon renewal, denied that branch of the motion which was for an award of back pay and benefits and substituting therefor a provision granting that branch of the motion to the extent of remitting the matter to the County of Westchester for reconsideration of the petitioner's underlying application in accordance herewith; as so modified, the order is affirmed insofar as appealed...
