¶ 1 Jerald C. Leech, Jr., was convicted at jury trial of Trafficking in a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Methamphetamine) in violation of 63 O.S. Supp.1999, § 2-415 in Case No. CF-2000-304 in the District Court of Garfield County. The Honorable Ronald G.
