Plaintiff, United States of America (the Government), filed its Application for Writ of Continuing Garnishment on September 23, 2002. The garnishment stems out of Defendant, Opal Tyson's (Tyson), conviction in this Court, for which Tyson was ordered to pay restitution. Tyson filed a request for hearing on September 30, 2002.
