ORDER GRANTING POSTPONEMENT OF EFFECTIVE DATE OF SUSPENSION

On August 8, 2003, this Court suspended the respondent for a period of 90 days, beginning September 20, 2003. Matter of Richardson, 792 N.E.2d 871 (Ind.2003). The respondent now moves this Court for a postponement of the effective date of his suspension, to and including September 27, 2003.
