MELLOY, Circuit Judge.

In this appeal, the appellants contend that the district court1 erred in granting the appellee's motion for summary judgment by concluding that the appellants' claims were barred by North Dakota's two-year statute of limitations for professional negligence. Because the district court applied the proper statute of limitations and correctly determined that it should not be tolled, we affirm.
