Following a jury trial, Appellant Christopher Hall ("Chris") was convicted of Cruelty to an Animal, a Class A misdemeanor, and Appellant Mark Shaun Hall ("Mark") was convicted of Cruelty to an Animal, a Class A misdemeanor, and Dealing in a Sawed-off Shotgun, a Class D felony.
