As a result of an incident in which respondent provoked a fight with another individual and attempted to cut him, this proceeding was commenced to adjudicate respondent a juvenile delinquent. On October 29, 2001, while an unfiled draft of the petition was available, Family Court remanded respondent to the Ashland Detention Facility.
