Henry Fred Camacho, Jr. pleaded guilty to committing mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341 (1994). He appeals the district court's eighteen-month prison sentence and $585,559.25 restitution order, arguing that (1) the district court erroneously determined the loss amount, and (2) he was entitled to a minor-role reduction.
