Badger State Bank appeals an order in which the trial court granted summary judgment to Roger and Rodney Taylor, dismissing the Bank's complaint alleging that the Taylors were the recipients of a fraudulent transfer. The Bank claims the court erred in denying its motion for summary judgment and granting the Taylors'. We agree, reverse the appealed order...
