Defendant, Vermont Asbestos Group, appeals the decision of the Commissioner of Labor and Industry denying its motion for summary judgment on the grounds that plaintiff's claim for workers' compensation is time-barred by the Occupational Disease Act, 21 V.S.A. § 1006(a) (1987) (repealed by 1999, No. 41, § 8(a)(1)) (the "ODA").
