JAMES L. CANNELLA, Judge.

The Defendant, Jonathan Johnson, appeals from his conviction of armed robbery and enhanced sentence, as a third felony offender, of 66 years at hard labor. We affirm.

On June 6, 2002 the Defendant was charged with armed robbery, a violation of La.R.S. 14:64, and pled not guilty at arraignment.1 On December 18, 2002, a 12 person jury found the Defendant guilty as charged. On January 23, 2003, he was sentenced...
