¶ 1. Following an indictment by the grand jury, Randy Gunter pled guilty to cocaine possession in violation of Miss. Code Ann. § 41-29-139, in August 1999. After a pre-sentence investigation, in September 1999, Gunter was sentenced to eight years, suspended, with one year house arrest, followed by five years' supervised probation, plus a fine and costs.
