Court of Appeals of Virginia, Alexandria.

August 5, 2003.

ANNUNZIATA, Judge.

Roy Lee Sellers was charged with and convicted of distribution of cocaine, after having been previously convicted of the same offense, in violation of Code § 18.2-248. The trial court denied his motion to suppress a statement he provided to the police that was admitted into evidence in the course of trial. It is from this ruling that Sellers appeals.
