Defendant moves to dismiss the indictments on the ground that he was denied his statutory right to have sentence imposed without unreasonable delay. Soon after being indicted, defendant agreed to cooperate with the People in exchange for a very favorable sentence promise and supplied the District Attorney's office with information about various crimes.
