IRVINE, Judge.

¶ 1 The Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix petitions this Court in a special action, challenging the trial court's order that the Diocese produce certain documents in a grand jury proceeding. The Diocese argues that the trial court applied the incorrect legal standard to determine whether documents are protected by the attorney-client privilege.
