Ira Longen sued his former employer, Waterous Company, alleging that the terms of his "last chance agreement" violated the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") and the Minnesota Human Rights Act ("MHRA"). On cross motions for summary judgment, the district court1 denied Longen's claim. Longen then appealed. We affirm.
