Brian Olson appeals from his conviction for misdemeanor domestic battery arising from an attack on his girlfriend with whom he cohabited. Olson challenges the conviction on the basis that the definition of "household member" in the domestic violence statute does not encompass unmarried cohabitants or alternatively, that the definition is unconstitutionally vague. He also asserts that the prosecutor engaged in misconduct during her closing argument...
