This is Craig Parent's second appeal in this matter.1 The Jefferson Parish District Attorney charged defendant by bill of information with three counts of intimidating a witness (Counts 1, 4 and 7); unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling (Count 2); unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (Count 3); simple burglary (Count 5); and extortion (Count 6).
