¶ 1. This case is on appeal from the judgment of the Lauderdale County Chancery Court finding a disputed tax sale to be valid. Following the expiration for the date of redemption, Wallace Rentals, LLC, the tax sale purchasers of the property, recorded a tax deed in the chancery clerk's office.
