Minh Van Nguyen appeals his sentence for conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of methamphetamine. Specifically, Nguyen challenges the district court's1 denial of his request for a three-level reduction for acceptance of responsibility. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
