DeeAnn K. Duke ("the mother") and William W. Duke II ("the father") were divorced by a judgment entered by the Montgomery Circuit Court on June 22, 2001. That judgment incorporated the terms of an agreement that the parties had entered into regarding custody of, and child support for, the parties' two minor children.
