This case is on remand from the Florida Supreme Court. Wendt v. Horowitz, 822 So.2d 1252 (Fla.2002). In Wendt, the supreme court reversed Horowitz v. Laske, 751 So.2d 82 (Fla. 5th DCA 1999), in which we held that the trial court erred in denying a motion to dismiss for lack of long-arm jurisdiction.
