¶ 1 The issue is whether a petition in the District Court may be amended to show the changed status of a plaintiff who was a minor when the suit was begun, but who became of age during its pendency, where the plaintiffs and their attorneys did not correct their petition to show the change until after the statute of limitations had expired. We conclude that under the circumstances here such an amendment should have been allowed, and the case should...
