HUNTER, Judge.

Virgil Glenn Latham ("defendant") appeals from a first degree murder conviction, whereby he was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. For the reasons stated herein, we find no error.

The State's evidence at trial tended to show that decedent, Wylene Little ("Wylene"), was killed as the result of a gunshot wound to the head, and that the gun was fired by defendant. The shooting occurred on the day that Wylene asked...
