This case concerns a defamation suit brought by restaurateur Dale Wamstad after a detailed article about him appeared in the Dallas Observer. Wamstad named as defendants parties associated with the media as well as individuals. All Defendants sought summary judgment, which the trial court denied, and all Defendants appealed. We conclude that Wamstad is a limited public figure, that all Defendant-Appellants conclusively...
