The Defendant, Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate), appeals from the trial court judgment rendered in favor of the Plaintiff, Gretchell C. Vinet (Vinet), which finds Allstate liable for damages in the amount of $44,056. For the reasons which follow, we affirm.
