This appeal arises out of the trial court's denial of the State's petition to terminate the parental rights of Tracy H. and Stacey S. The appellate court declined to entertain the State's appeal of the order denying the petition because the order was not a final order, and also declined to consider the appeal under its discretionary authority. 335 Ill.App.3d 1009,
