Appellants-petitioners Chester Borsuk and the Lake County Trust Company, as Trustee Under Trust Number 4346 (collectively, Borsuk) appeal the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of the Town, the appellee-defendant in this case.1 Borsuk avers that the trial court erroneously admitted improper evidence at trial.
