ORDER GRANTING POST-CONVICTION RELIEF AND REMANDING TO THE DISTRICT COURT OF CREEK COUNTY FOR A JURY DETERMINATION ON THE ISSUE OF MENTAL RETARDATION

¶ 1 Robert Wayne Lambert was tried by jury, convicted of two counts of first degree murder, and received two sentences of death. This Court affirmed Lambert's convictions for murder, and the United States Supreme Court denied certiorari.
