Adelina Anita Ordonez was indicted for possession with intent to distribute a quantity exceeding fifty kilograms of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1) & 841(b)(1)(C). This marijuana was found in the gas tank of the vehicle in which she was a passenger at the time of the traffic stop leading to the instant arrest and prosecution....
