This appeal arises from the trial court's dismissal, with prejudice, of a legal malpractice suit filed by appellant Susan L. Miller (Miller) against appellees J. Mark Brewer and Brewer & Pritchard, P.C. (Brewer). The suit was dismissed because of Miller's failure to comply with the trial court's order requiring arbitration of the dispute.
