The State of Florida petitions this court for a writ of certiorari to quash a pretrial order rendered in a criminal case prohibiting one of the State's witnesses, a nurse practitioner with the Child Protection Team, from testifying at trial regarding her examination of three alleged victims of sexual abuse.
