Bobby Marvin Collins was convicted of possession of ammunition by a felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(e) and was sentenced to 235 months' imprisonment. Collins contends on appeal that the district court1 erred by denying his motion to suppress, limiting his cross-examination of a witness to non-leading questions, and refusing to reopen his case...
